Historically there have been ethical concerns regarding the use of AI for recruiting tech – specifically regarding fairness, diversity and inclusion.
For elements of the recruiting process though – the blending of human oversight and artificial intelligence is creating a more ethically sound process. This ‘supervised AI’ is a check and balance – identifying and flagging rogue recruiting behaviour and anomalies.
2023 will therefore be the year that talent leaders can be at peace with the adoption of AI in their recruitment processes.
